CANCELLATION POLICY
No-show/Cancel Fee - $50
Due to COVID-19, we have reduced our schedule availability. For this reason, it is even more important to keep the appointment that has been reserved for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 48 hour notice so we can offer your appointment time to another patient. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a $50 fee.
We continue to follow the guidelines issued by the CDC, the American Optometric Association, and the Massachusetts Society of Optometry. At this time, face masks are optional for both patients and staff in our office.
