Jaclyn Garlich, O.D., F.A.A.O.
Optometrist, Practice Owner
Dr. Jaclyn Garlich is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry. After optometry school, she completed a residency in primary care and ocular disease at the St. Louis Veterans Affairs and obtained her Fellowship of the American Academy of Optometry in 2011. She is passionate about treating ocular surface disease and has built a dry eye specialty clinic within the practice to better serve her dry eye patients.
She is the editor of Glance, an optometry publication that educates thousands of eye care providers on the latest advances in the profession and she is the co-host of the To The Point podcast, a podcast aimed at helping eye doctors build their dry eye practices. Dr. Garlich also serves as a Major in the Air National Guard.
Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Garlich relocated back to Boston in 2018 and loves being back in New England. In her free time, she enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two small children.

Dianna Lister, O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. Dianna Lister graduated from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. She has had clinical externships including Vision Care of Maine in Bangor, ME, the South End Community Health Center in Boston, MA, Ridgefield Family Eye Care in Ridgefield, CT, and the Veterans’ Administration Hospital in Augusta, ME.
She has practiced in various settings from retail to private practice in Boston since graduating in 2008. She started at Envision in the summer of 2016.
She lives in the Allston-Brighton area and enjoys all the neighborhood’s hot spots. When not working, she can be found cycling along the streets of Boston or swimming at one of her favorite spots, Walden Pond in Concord, MA.

Nicolas Trodella, MBA, COA, OSC
Practice Manager
Nick joined Envision after 9 years of experience working in Ophthalmology and Optometry at both private practice and hospital institutions. He has also furthered his knowledge by graduating with an MBA in healthcare management. Nick is always willing to go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience he can.
When Nick is not at work he enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes, going for walks around Jamaica Pond and catching an early morning spin class on his Peloton.
Jackie Fitzgerald
Optical Specialist and Billing
Jackie brings her years of private practice Optometry experience coupled with her high level of customer service and in-depth knowledge of the Optical industry to Envision. Growing up in Watertown, she has a sense of humor that is a representation of a true Bostonian. In her spare time Jackie is an avid indoor and outdoor gardener, and is always up for the challenge for a new unique and rare collectible house plant.
Elizabeth P
Patient Care Coordinator
Elizabeth was born and raised in Boston. Prior to working at Envision she was a stylist at Bloomingdale's and a stylist assistant at Saks Fifth Avenue. After years of working in retail she decided to adventure into the optical world.
Elizabeth's interests include discovering new places and taking pictures of the beauty of Boston. She loves fashion, shopping, and makeup, and when she's not in the office you can find her trying out the new latest food spot in the city.
Nellise Rosado
Optical Specialist
Nellise (Nell) comes from years of optical experience in the Boston area. With this knowledge she will be able to style you in a great new pair of frames as well as help with any adjustments you may need in your glasses. Nell enjoys travelling, her two dogs, trying new foods and loves fun and bright colors (just look at her cool frames!).
