• Medical Eye Exams $100-$300 *Depending on Complexity

• Standard evaluation/prescription renewal for spherical and toric lens $95

• Standard evaluation/prescription renewal multifocal lens $130

• Evaluation and refit to new material/prescription for spherical lens $130

• Evaluation and refit to new material/prescription for toric lens $150

• New fitting; insertion and removal training for spherical lens $180

• New fitting; insertion and removal training for toric lens $200

• New fitting and evaluation for multifocal lens $230

• Evaluation and refit to a new material/prescription for multifocal lens $190
